MY WHY-
Growing up I was an active, sporty, on the go girl. I grew up being able to do what I loved all the time. I tried all sports and activities and was forever told by my parents that there was nothing I couldn’t do. I was always a bigger girl and as I grew in to my teenage years my weight grew with me. I never let it stop me from doing things but I was never comfortable in my skin. I had ongoing body image issues which made me feel like I wasn’t worthy.
In my early twenties I went through a big change and decided then and there I was to make positive lifestyle changes to become healthier and happier within myself.
This saw me lose 20kg and come alive. That’s when I realised how much my attitude towards myself was holding me back.
After having my first son, I found myself falling back into old habits. Luckily for me I recognised it and decided it was time to make a change again. This time I wanted to use my experience in changing my lifestyle to help others do so too. This is when I signed up to be a Personal Trainer, this is when I never looked back.
My goal is simple- To help others realise their self-worth and guide them to be the healthiest version of themselves.
I love that my job is my passion, so really it’s no job at all.
