Melton Personal Training is kicking off our first Fundraising event this year supporting MND Victoria. MND Victoria started in 1981 (initially as the Motor Neuron Society of Victoria) with a meeting of a small group of people with MND and their families, health/welfare staff, and other concerned people.
We now provide support across Victoria, Tasmania and the border area of NSW.
Later this year, I will be joining the team from MND Victoria for their annual MND fundraising Kokoda Trek.
The Kokoda Trail is the most famous track in Papua New Guinea and is renowned as the location of the World War II battle between Japanese and Australian forces in 1942. Joining the South and North coasts of Papua New Guinea, the 96km trail boasts spectacular scenery, untouched villages, and a sense of achievement that will stay with you for a lifetime.
So come along and join us for a fun morning raising funds for an amazing cause to ensure our fellow Victorians battling Motor Neuron Disease get the support and care they deserve.
