Kids Fitness Classes

These session are really fun and interactive. The kids work on balance, core strength, muscle control, movement patterns, flexibility and mobility; and of course overall fitness.

It helps them to build self-confidence within their capabilities knowing they are in a safe and controlled environment.

I love going to Bootcamp.  I now can do push ups and I have the most fun jumping the boxes and using the battleropes. I feel stong.

We also work with sports teams to help improve their fitness. We have had great success with the

young teams by incorporating a variety of team building exercises along with sport specific drills to their training program. This helps them to build trust with each other and excel in their overall strength and fitness
