Kids Fitness Classes

These session are really fun and interactive. The kids work on balance, core strength, muscle control, movement patterns, flexibility and mobility; and of course overall fitness.

It helps them to build self-confidence within their capabilities knowing they are in a safe and controlled environment.

I love going to Bootcamp.  I now can do push ups and I have the most fun jumping the boxes and using the battleropes. I feel stong.

We also work with sports teams to help improve their fitness. We have had great success with the young teams by using a variety of team building exercises to their training program. This helps them to build trust with each other.
