Personal Training

Our coaches are highly experienced with working with people of all fitness levels and abilities.
Our initial consultations help us connect you to ensure we guide you with your goals with a structured training plan.

Our priority is to ensure each of our client gets the utmost respect and professionalism from the start and all the way through their fitness journeys.

Private Group Training

Melton Personal Training can provide Private Group Training for sports clubs, workplaces, organisations and more.

 

These sessions are always carefully structured to suit your specific goals, skills and fitness for your group.

NDIS Participants

Melton Personal Training does support NDIS Participants. We are limited in how many participants we have the capacity for, but certainly do our best to work with as many people as we can.

This service is dependent on each individuals NDIS Plan and if it fits in with their goals.

Small Group Fitness

Our carefully structured Group Fitness Timetable located in our Private and Exclusive Personal Training Studio ensures you get a good balance of strength, cardiovascular, balance and overall fitness across the week.

Each session is conducted by a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to support all our members in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Teen Fitness

These sessions are really fun and interactive. The kids work on balance, core strength, muscle control, movement patterns, flexibility and mobility, and of course overall fitness.
It helps them to build self-confidence within their capabilities knowing they are in a safe and controlled environment.

We also work with sports teams to help improve their fitness. We have had great success with the young teams by incorporating a variety of team building exercises along with sport specific drills to their training program.

 

This helps them to build trust with each other and excel in their overall strength and fitness.

Workshops

Melton Personal Training is more than just showing up to workout. 

We are big believers that education and knowledge is power. Working alongside other health practitioners in the Health and Wellness Industry helps us to support our members and local community to be the healthiest versions of themselves.
