EVEolution is composed of six modules that focus on the key points in all the stages of a woman’s life; her relationship with her body; and exercise. Created by Michelle Wright, the goal of these modules is to provide a safe space to freely talk about female anatomy and functions. It aims to remove the stigma attached to the bodily experiences of women and provide the support needed to navigate the different stages of a woman’s life and body.
In the first few modules, you’ll also read about topics like prolapse, leaking, and how to move and exercise your pelvic floor in a way that is safe and controlled. You will also learn about the basics of your posture, the importance and functions of your core, diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor activation, functions, and dysfunctions.
These modules will help you learn to have an optimized and healthy relationship with your menstrual cycle as well as how to exercise safely when you're menstruating. Furthermore, in the next modules, we will also be sharing with you more about DRAM ( Diastasis Rectus Abdominis Muscle) during pregnancy and post-natal, to ensure that you can confidently and safely continue exercising through these different stages of your life.
As Eveolution is all about having the tools and the right information for a safe approach to exercise. We want to help you navigate different stages of your life—the good and the difficult. You will also meet two amazing women—Amy Doors and Lauren Hughes—who will talk about birth trauma, miscarriage, and stillbirth. Although these topics are generally brushed over due to the heaviness of the topic, we want
to make sure that we are all informed about all of these
things in a safe and controlled environment. Concerning
difficult subjects \like these, Eveolution not only wants to
remind you that you are not alone but also to provide
support and care to assist you.

Lastly, we will be discussing Marvelous Menopause.
This module will show you how to navigate exercise
during perimenopause and the menopause stages.
Doctor Fatima Khan (HRT specialist) will be giving an
interview and will talk about her experience with this
specifically. What are you waiting for? This course is

helping women.

I have been at the forefront of driving change in how women are trained and promoting the importance of Allied Health and fitness working together to create more effective health models for women.

I have developed a number of courses (EVEolution™, misfit mothers™, and mummy sweat™). I created and delivered the matching training programs, manuals, and workshops for fitness professionals to deliver these programs consistently in their own fitness businesses.

Summit (2014 – 2019) to bring together, create
relationships and deepen our respect and
understanding of the unique role that both
fitness and Allied Health professionals play.
